Join the Avery Research Center for a unique learning experience in honor of Juneteenth!
During this event visitors are invited to:
- Take a self-guided tour through the Center
- Learn more about Juneteenth through a podcast that will be airing throughout the building
- Have the opportunity to receive a copy of the book On Juneteenth by Annette Gordon-Reed, which is this month’s Dr. Consuela Francis Reading Circle book selection. Join the reading circle on June 16th at 6:30 p.m. EST to discuss the book.
